So far it seems solid and strong. 48v on 8 Trojan T105's, 5.5hp motor with a Curtis 400amp controller on 4ga cables. Lift, heavy duty leafs, racks, brush guard, flip down seat, fenders and more.
What makes it street legal are lights, brake lights, blinkers, mirrors, full glass windshield, horn and seat belts. Yes, it's basically an EZGO clone with parts made in China, (some assembly and sold out of South Carolina) but so far it is quiet and quick. It may be a little top heavy and gotta get used to it on the steep stuff. I'm thinking about taking that rack off the top...both to help the balance and also so it can fit in my garage! It's a tall cart.
This thing will get a work out around my house and neighborhood. More updates to come...
