Very nice ride. I like how you combined alot of ez-go, both new and old, and club car items. The paint and cage look sweet too. How many hours do you think you have into the whole project?

thanks for the positive feedback. you know, its really hard to even guestimate on time spent. I bought this thing 2 summers ago and maybe put 100 hours or so. if you take my time and dougs. it could have been completed, if I had money or time. I am truly in the home stretch now. hopefully I get to drive it this summer.

I stopped by prestige on monday to check on the cart, and they got it running. according to the tech, it runs pretty strong. and he commented on the nice turning ratio. I should have it by friday. now I just need some seats.

ok, the cart was delivered, and im both happy and pissed. the cart is well sorted out and very fun. but they broke one of my headlights, the custom paint is scratched and they tried to hide it with sharpie. and the worst part is it cost me 1000 for the small wrapup work they did. I will call doug at prestige and see what's up. I now have to pay 500 to repaint the cart, and I don't have it right now.

anyways. I need to find some front used seats, so I can enjoy it while I save up for custom appolstry. anyone know where to get cheap used seats?

Man that sucks about the paint job and the light. I hope they will make everything right for you.

Status update

ok, so everything worked out for the most part. the ignition issues and paint issues were worked out between Bodyworks and Prestige. the lights seemed to be more of an issue with poor design on the part of the lights, than any problem prestige caused. (most likely the transportation of the cart caused the issue) I have the cart back and have given it alot of road time, and gone offroad a few times.

the only things i am working on now are finding new lights ( i have a few ideas, now that i have found H3 LED bulbs at an affordable price) and installing my nerf bars and seatbelts.
I am installing the rear shocks today (cheap monroe blue shocks from a nissan.)

just wanted to post a quick picture after we played in the dirt. it turns out my 6yr old daughter loves to romp around more than my 13yr old son... either way we had a blast
