2006 ParCar Front End Jumps

Does anyone know anything about the 2006 model ParCar? I just traded in a Club Car 2002 for this Parcar, and am noticing the front end and steering wheel seems to jump - I talked to a guy who also has a Parcar who said 2006 models had this problem. Help!
