I have to make sure that the one I get suits the electric motor that I have in my cart now.
In Australia no one knows bugger all about these.I wonder if he will ship to Australia ?
If you could give me the guy that reconditions the controlers email to me that would be great. I could ask him if the standard controler in my club car precedent 2004, 48volt 4x4 12 volt battteries (The old controler was 5bc59jbs6365 ) would do the motor that I have in my cart now, the MOTOR is ej4-4001 part number 102705001 48volt .av 3.3 hp or maybe I may have to get a different controler.
Thanks Rod

I am not completely sure .When I switch the ignition on and of I hear the solenoid click on and of as well.
.I was under the impression that the solenoid only clicked when you pressed the acellerator. It would appear that the solenoid is on permantly.I have replaced the solenoid with another one and get the same result. The solenoids are ok brand new no
problems. Not sure where to look next. The MCOR is ok Brand new OBC.Have just about replaced everything I can replace.
Maybe wiring ,to the run tow switch ???? the wiring diagram doesn't tell me much.I think I have followed that ok. HELP I just want to get my buggy going after spending so much money on it lol.
The cart won't go anywhere .looks good but doesn't move lol.

On page 11-14 of your manual it talks about main driver fault for solenoid middle of page. I am thinking of starting a post on using the curtis software to read all the faults I think this would help you lots would you be interested.
