:?: Can anyone recommend how an individual can learn about
golf cart repair and become a cerified mechanic? Do the manufactures
provide training?

I don't know about manufacturer certification, but all I can say is practice practice practice!!! And when you get done with that, practice some more!! I have personally been considering getting my Club Car Tech certification, I've worked on them for a pretty good while and know a bit about them, but that certification paper looks a lot better than a self-taugh mechanic! :wink:

Ezgo has a program that if you get a shop to sponsor you they send you through there school for ezgo's. You can find out more of the Ezgo site.

YOu can learn some very basic stuff by going to the dealer provided schools, but it is very basic, and only teaches you about current model cars.

Hands on is the best, but with a BIG learning curve.

Certification is currently a joke.
